We’re at it again! It’s time to put our heads together for some thinking on a whole new thought topic. For the next 12 weeks we’ll be focusing on Growth. But our thoughts on Growth, and what it means, may be a little different than the conventional way of thinking.

That’s because we feel strongly that Growing only helps in the short term – Growth is not a long-term solution for any of the problems your business may be facing.

Growth seems to be one of those magic words that perks everybody’s ears up. It’s thought of as the antidote to all business – and many life – problems. Trust us when we say it’s not.

We need to change the way we think about growth. That’s our goal for the next 12 weeks.

Growing only helps in the short term. Remember that.
