Announcing to your employees that you want to “change” the way you operate – even if it’s a change for the better – can be a tricky thing. When employees hear words like “change” or “new”, for example, it can unintentionally cause them to go into a sort of self-protection mode.

Educate them on how to sense and utilize new opportunities. Making the decision to evolve is a business opportunity, not a business change.

Your employees will be critically important as you evolve. Make sure they feel the love.
